Overview

Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is building a platform the world has never seen, one that seamlessly unites sports, gaming, and commerce. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager, to lead Fraud and Responsible Gambling (RG) to drive innovation and excellence across our responsible gaming & fraud work streams.

This leader will oversee end-to-end product strategy and execution for all Fraud & RG Platforms. You will ensure our systems are intuitive, compliant, and designed to enhance both customer and operational experiences.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for Fraud & RG Systems.
  • Drive product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and optimization all while balancing cost, reliability, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Design, Commercial, Fraud and Operations to ensure products are aligned with regulatory and business needs.

Fraud & RG Platforms

  • Lead innovation in preventing and identifying risk within Fraud and RG
  • Oversee strategy and product management, optimizing user experience, system performance, and integrations with core platforms.
  • Manage releases, integrations, and enhancements to support business teams across Operations & Compliance
  • Champion the use of data, analytics, and AI to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
  • Act as a thought leader in Fraud & RG systems across FBG.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX/UI, Operations, Commercial and senior leadership to align roadmaps and deliver results.
  • Represent product strategy with executives and external partners.
Qualifications

Required

  • 8-10+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven success owning end-to-end product lifecycles and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Skilled in agile/iterative methodologies, product discovery, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Track record of driving change and delivering in complex, matrixed organizations.

Preferred

  • Experience in sports betting, online casino, fintech, or highly regulated consumer industries.
