Our locally-owned Sport Clips store location at Tanasbourne is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. If you're interested but don't have any management experience, we will train you! As the Assistant Manager, you will learn by working side-by-side with the Store Manager to build a team and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results through great customer service and brand delivery. With our leading training program, you will develop skills to manage your own store and carry these skills with you throughout your career.
Description
You Assistant Manager's core responsibilities will include learning how our store operates behind the scenes while learning how to motivate and manage the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. In addition to the manager, our entire management team will coach you on how to become a manager from store operations to motivating & coaching your Team Members. Your pay will include a hourly wage + bonuses + tip = $25-$40 per hour based on personal and store performance.
