Based in Park City, Utah, the team works on projects nationwide, engaging stakeholders to ensure each facility plan reflects local needs and oppor

Role Description: The Market & Financial Analyst โ€“ Sports & Entertainment is a full-time, on-site role based in Park City, UT. This position is consifered an entry-level position at our firm, so no more than 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required. Our analysts are responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative market research on sports, recreation, and event facilities, including analyzing demographic trends, demand drivers, and competitive landscapes. The analyst will build and maintain financial models, prepare economic feasibility studies, and assess project scenarios related to facility development, funding, and operations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and cleaning data, performing statistical and financial analyses, drafting professional reports and presentations, and contributing to client deliverables and presentations. The role also involves supporting stakeholder engagement efforts, coordinating with project team members, and ensuring that all work products are accurate, clear, and aligned with client objectives.


Qualifications:


  • We are seeking a recent college graduate with no more than 1-2 years of relevant work and/or internship experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with market research methods such as data collection, demand analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
