C&S Sporting Goods is a Family-owned business and the largest New and Used Sports and Fitness retail shop in Arizona. Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with locating products and answering product-related questions
- Promote and upsell products, including sports gear and fitness equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
