Collaboration with coaches, athletes, medical staff, and other performance specialists is common and central to optimizing results. The role can be hands-on and sometimes requires flexibility for travel or unconventional hours during training camps or competitions. Overall, the work environment is interactive, fast-paced, and focused on supporting athletic performance and well-being.
