We think of our brand as that of a rambunctious, multi-generational family that works hard and plays hard. We’re driven to provide our employees with a supportive, meaningful work environment, by bringing all voices to the table and providing opportunities for mentorship with career growth.

About the Role

The Sports Program Coordinator will help establish Chicken N Pickle as the go-to destination for youth, amateur, collegiate, and professional sports communities. This role is responsible for building meaningful relationships with local sports organizations, schools, athletic departments, clubs, and community partners to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and create memorable post-game experiences.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about sports and understands the impact athletics have on bringing communities together. Whether you've participated in, coached, managed, or supported sports programs, your ability to build authentic relationships is what will make you successful.

This position supports all Chicken N Pickle locations and requires occasional travel. Candidates must live near a Chicken N Pickle location. This is a hybrid/remote position.

  • Develop partnerships that position Chicken N Pickle as the preferred post-game destination for teams, families, and fans.

  • Coordinate sponsorships, fundraising initiatives, community events, and promotional programs that increase local engagement.

  • Partner with Marketing to execute targeted campaigns supporting tournaments, leagues, and community events.

  • Manage group reservations and serve as the primary contact for team and organization events.

  • Represent Chicken N Pickle at sporting events, tournaments, and community functions to strengthen local partnerships.

  • Identify new opportunities to expand community involvement and increase guest traffic.

Qualifications

  • Passion for sports, community engagement, and relationship building.

  • Understanding of the youth, amateur, collegiate, and professional sports landscape.

  • Previous involvement in sports as an athlete, coach, volunteer, league administrator, recreation professional, or community partner is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication, networking, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel to support multiple Chicken N Pickle locations.
