Athletes often work on strength, endurance, speed, agility, and psychological factors to optimize their performance in competitions.

What are the career options in sport performance?

Career options in sport performance include roles such as sports performance coach, strength and conditioning specialist, athletic trainer, sports scientist, and performance analyst. Opportunities exist in professional sports teams, college programs, fitness centers, and sports clinics.

What do you do in sport performance?
