Benefits You’ll Love

You’ll be joining Adobe on a contract opportunity, employed through NextDeavor

Become a Key Player as an Experience Developer

You will own the full lifecycle of personalized digital experiences and help the team deliver reliable, measurable campaigns for global customers. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to reduce incidents and improve experimentation integrity. This role is remote-friendly but requires availability during Pacific hours.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Monitor live campaigns via Splunk and maintain dashboards and alerts for rapid issue detection and triage
  • Serve as an escalation point for production incidents; lead triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination with engineering teams
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, document findings, and deliver preventive recommendations
  • Participate in on-call rotations within defined SLA windows and maintain runbooks, incident playbooks, and operational documentation
  • Contribute to automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and reduce toil
  • Author components and experiences in a headless CMS and build campaigns to deliver personalized content experiences
  • Validate personalization logic, audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 2+ years in JSON scripting, product support, QA, or a similar role within digital platforms
  • Experience with campaign orchestration or experimentation tools (examples: Adobe Target, AJO, Optimizely)
  • Proven incident management experience, SLA adherence, and on-call support
  • Splunk proficiency including dashboards, queries, and alert configuration
  • JSON and REST API validation experience; familiarity with tools like Postman
  • Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AJO, Adobe Target, Analytics)
  • Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and content delivery frameworks
  • SQL and analytics debugging skills
  • Experience with test automation frameworks or scripting
Pay Range

$35.66 - $44.58/hour
