Splicers play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing cable networks for internet, phone, or electrical services. Their work often involves both indoor and outdoor environments and requires attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a splicer, and why are they important?
