Join our team at Fountains Country Club as a Sports Complex Maintenance and Pool Attendant!
You will have the opportunity to interact with guests, ensure their safety, and provide exceptional customer service. This is an ideal position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a passion for hospitality, and are comfortable speaking to our members.
Position Overview:
  • In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool guests.
  • You will monitor the pool area, enforce rules, and respond to any emergencies or incidents that may arise.
  • Additionally, you will assist with pool maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.
  • To be successful in this position, previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Lifeguard certification is also a plus. Strong public speaking skills are essential, as you will be interacting with guests of all ages on a daily basis.
