Splash and Dash | Boca Raton, FL
About the Role Splash and Dash Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated Dog Bather to join our fast-paced, professional grooming team. Whether you are an experienced bather or an entry-level candidate who is highly reliable and willing to learn, we want to hear from you! We are happy to provide training for the right person.
If you take pride in your work, have a genuine love for animals, and want consistent income with strong tip potential, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
Bathe and dry dogs of all breeds and sizes.
Perform de-shedding, brushing, nail trims, and ear cleaning.
Assist groomers with prep work and workflow efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Provide a positive, stress-free experience for both pets and pet parents.
What You Need (Qualifications)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional dog bathing experience is preferred, OR you must be a highly reliable entry-level candidate eager to learn the trade (training is available!).
Handling Skills: Strong dog handling skills with a comfort level for all sizes and temperaments.
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Physical Ability: Physically capable of standing for long periods and safely lifting dogs as needed.
