Spinning Instructors also ensure proper bike setup, demonstrate safe cycling techniques, and adapt workouts to suit participants of different fitness levels.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a spinning instructor?

To thrive as a Spinning Instructor, you need a solid understanding of exercise physiology, cycling techniques, and group fitness principles, usually supported by a group fitness or indoor cycling certification.
