Job description

Join Our Team as a Spine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Spine Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care at our organization, located in the picturesque community of Richland, Washington. In this position, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on outpatient care for spine patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to spine patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Participate in a robust onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition into your role.
Work Schedule
  • Flexible 36-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
  • No on-call duties required.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from $146,690 to $197,175.
  • Compensation may include incentives based on productivity, quality, or service, as well as additional shift bonuses where applicable.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may be available.
  • Access to a professional student loan consultant.
  • As a non-profit entity, we qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
