• Develop tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs and goals of each patient, integrating advanced orthopedic techniques.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, utilizing your knowledge of orthopedic assessment methods to identify patients’ functional limitations and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain meticulous daily documentation in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in direct communication with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate an integrated approach to care.
• Apply your clinical judgment to adjust treatment plans as needed, based on ongoing patient assessments and feedback.
• Provide education to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about their conditions and rehabilitation strategies.
• Adhere strictly to federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice to ensure compliance and patient safety.

This role primarily focuses on orthopedic patients who experience a wide range of conditions, from acute injuries to chronic musculoskeletal disorders. You will work closely with individuals at all stages of recovery, including post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic pain management, ensuring they receive considerate and comprehensive care. Each patient interaction provides an opportunity to foster trust and promote healing in a supportive environment.

• A Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey is necessary to practice.
• Possession of at least three years of hands-on experience in environments such as orthopedics, geriatrics, acute care, or outpatient therapy settings.
• Demonstrable expertise in orthopedic assessment, treatment techniques, and the development of patient-centric care plans.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, complemented by a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

• Experience in mentoring or training less experienced staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Additional certifications in specialized treatments, such as manual therapy or sports rehabilitation, are advantageous.

The Pain and Spine Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
