Job Summary
We are seeking a Spin Instructor to join our successful gym. As a Spin Instructor, you will plan and lead classes, ensuring that people of all fitness levels are able to participate. Your goal is to help clients reach their fitness objectives and have fun while doing it! The ideal candidate is a positive, engaging teacher with a passion for fitness.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a wide variety of classes to fitness studio members and guests
  • Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe
  • Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions
  • Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification
  • Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
  • First aid and CPR-certified
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
