We are seeking a Contracts Administrator/Legal Assistant to become a part of our Real Estate/Construction Legal team!
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to support legal proceedings
Review contracts for accuracy and offer edits
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Record and store client information
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or other legal field
Familiarity with legal research
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2 years of Legal or Contracts experience
High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred
Must have DocuSign experience
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or other legal field
