Job description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy General Manager (GM) to drive daily operations, revenue, and premium guest experiences.


You will be fully responsible for team leadership, local marketing initiatives, technical troubleshooting, and overall financial profitability. If you are a tech-savvy leader with a passion for hospitality and cutting-edge entertainment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the flawless and efficient execution of all guest experiences.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing staff of Guest Experience Guides to deliver memorable, top-tier hospitality.
  • Maximize venue revenue through local marketing efforts, community partnerships, strategic labor management, and strict inventory controls.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot venue hardware, proprietary software, and POS systems to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Maintain premium service standards to drive positive reviews, word-of-mouth referrals, and repeat business.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of management experience in hospitality.
