Job description

Concessions / Multi-Venue Operations Manager (Live Events) - Greater Denver, CO

The Restaurant Zone is hiring on behalf of an established Colorado live-event concessions operator running carnival-style and street food at major amphitheaters, arenas, and outdoor entertainment venues across the Denver metro area.

What We Offer:

  • Salary $60,000 to $65,000 per year
  • Company vehicle and company card for inventory transport, fuel, and travel between venues
  • Monthly travel allowance with flexibility
  • Alcohol service certification provided (TEAM / Legends system support)
  • Seasonal schedule with heavy summer activity and a lighter winter pace

What You'll Do:

  • Lead live event food operations across four major Denver-area venues, primarily evenings
  • Manage roughly 30 staff across events, including cooks who arrive about two hours before doors
  • Enforce health department compliance and cleanliness in fully exposed outdoor environments
  • Ensure at least one certified food safety manager is on every shift
  • Oversee high-volume concession cooking: fryers, funnel cakes, ribbon and fresh-cut fries, hot honey chicken sandwiches
  • Coordinate inventory movement and product transport between venues
  • Hold service quality and speed steady through peak concert flow

✅ What We Need:

  • 3 plus years in multi-unit, multi-venue, high-volume QSR, or live-event food operations
  • Active or obtainable certified food safety manager credential (ServSafe or equivalent)
  • Strong labor scheduling and team leadership skills in variable, seasonal settings
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays during peak season
  • Valid driver's license and comfort traveling between venues on event days
  • Calm, steady leadership presence under high-pressure event conditions
