As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space.
  • Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play.
  • Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time!
  • Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Physical ability to actively interact and engage with young children.
