A well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is seeking a BC/BE Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to assume a busy, turnkey practice.


We are offering a $350,000 guaranteed base salary plus immediate production-based bonuses, alongside a clearly defined, two-year partnership track.


Step into an established patient base with a starting volume of 400+ cataract surgeries annually.


State-of-the-Art Tech: Modern clinic facilities equipped with advanced diagnostics, including Pentacam, Atlas, and Argos swept-source biometer, to fully support a refractive and premium IOL practice if desired.


Premier Surgical Environment: Surgery is performed at our adjacent, physician-owned ambulatory surgery center, recognized as a 2024–2025 Best Ambulatory Surgery Center by U.S. News & World Report.


Compensation & Partnership:
$350,000 Base Salary + lucrative production bonuses.
$700,000+ Income Potential upon partnership.
