Spectrum Wellness and Mental Health Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments that consider age, cultural background, and individual unique circumstances to evaluate mental health, substance use, and medical needs.
• Deliver tailored behavioral health interventions, including individual and group counseling, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and referrals as needed, ensuring that each client receives the appropriate level of care.
• Document clinical interactions thoroughly and efficiently using electronic health records, including notes on assessments, progress, and any changes in patient conditions.
• Work collaboratively with Quality Improvement teams to implement data collection processes that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes, driving evidence-based practices within the organization.
• Provide social work support and linkage to community resources, ensuring clients have access to medication assistance programs and other necessary supports.

As an LCSW at Spectrum Wellness, you will primarily work with a diverse population in hospice care, enabling patients during vulnerable times of their lives. You'll provide support not only to individuals facing terminal illness but also to their families, facilitating discussions around grief, care plans, and mental wellness. Your contributions will directly impact the emotional and psychological well-being of these clients, helping them navigate significant transitions with dignity and grace.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience is necessary to meet the demands of this role.
• Demonstrated expertise in counseling techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and the ability to make independent judgements related to counseling services.
• Strong skills in group facilitation and a proven ability to engage clients in a supportive and inclusive manner.

• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care settings will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and data collection methodologies to enhance clinical workflows.
• A background in community resource navigation and support services is advantageous.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the value we place on experienced professionals. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
