This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. #233: This is a hospital owned wide spectrum Bread and Butter General Surgery opportunity. The medical staff is composed of several family practice physicians, Internists, an orthopedic surgeon, pain management, and a visiting ENT and Urologist. The work environment is very rewarding along with a competitive salary, above average production incentive and generous benefits. Located in a picturesque part of the Northwest with access to the ocean, mountains, rivers and lakes. The community boasts a very temperate year-around climate with spectacular early spring, summer and fall. Also this community has been ranked as one of the top10 “best small towns in America”. The area offers beautiful historic homes, year-around fishing, and an abundance of other outdoor activities. As a native and resident here in the Northwest, I have a special connection to this area and its needs. HCR has been assisting physicians for over 28 years to locate opportunities that fit their personal and professional requirements. Locating the opportunity that most fits your needs can be somewhat difficult in terms of available information on practice opportunities. It is our function at HCR to ease the transition of each physician and their family by assisting them in obtaining that information. Most recruiters play a numbers game. They deluge physicians with practice opportunities in the hope that one of the many will result in a match. All too often, the outcome is wasted time, energy, and money for the physician. We represent physicians who do not want to be part of a database. Physicians who want someone to screen multiple opportunities for them and who want to remain anonymous while the conduct their search. Choosing the right search firm is of great importance as you need one which makes the entire recruitment process more effective, efficient, manageable and worthwhile. Often as noted above the recruitment phase becomes tedious requiring a significant number of hours reviewing opportunities that are not focused on your needs and desires. HCR puts the human touch back into the aspect of recruiting. HCR believes that the physicians search for a practice and location is a large part of the long-term success of you finding a location that you will be ready to stay at long-term. HCR operates on a different premise: We strive for quality, not quantity. First, we consider the experience and skills needed for a particular practice. Then, we take into account the personalities of both the physician and the client. Further, we factor in the physician’s lifestyle, geographic preferences, and family considerations. This will result in a physician satisfied long-term with their decision. In addition to the opportunity that I have discussed with you, I am associated with a coalition of over 100 independent recruiters who work nationwide and represent a wide range of career options. If my current listings aren't an exact match for your requirements, I have the ability to share with you any opportunities of this far reaching network. Alternatively, I am able to provide the membership with an anonymous description of your requirements and goals. Without divulging your name or contact information, other recruiters will be able to contact my office with opportunities that fit your needs. From there, together you and I can review only those that appear to be a good fit for you personally and I will be happy to introduce you for any opportunity you choose to pursue. This can certainly simplify your search and save you from multiple unsolicited dead-end contacts. Your time is too valuable to do all the necessary networking on your own. I feel confident that HCR will be able to help you locate the practice you seek. Again, please send your CV as an attachment in a Word or PDF document format. Please be assured that your information does not leave this office unless you have given us your approval. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at (Registered Profile Required).
