As a Manager, Business Sales at Spectrum, you will manage daily operations, mentor account executives and inspire your team to surpass budgeted sales goals. Your guidance will help deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure Spectrum remains the trusted choice for communication solutions.


How You Will Make an Impact 

  • Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets 
  • Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks 
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan while setting and monitoring individual sales goals using Spectrum’s systems and tools 
  • Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency 
  • Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools, process and product updates 
  • Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance 
  • Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts, presentations and sales 
  • Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities 
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum’s product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $95,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $73,000.
