Job description

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

The Senior Manager of Pharma Ad Sales has responsibility for driving revenue in the Pharma vertical.ย  This individual will work directly with the Vice President and other Sales leadership to drive sales, direction, expertise, education and overall strategy.


Solicit prospective accounts and their agencies directly.

Have in-person contact with the top revenue generating clients and agencies.

Deliver monthly updates on industry trends in sales meetings.

When needed, act as pharma SME on all aspects of the pharma vertical, including terms and trends (National, regional and local Sales).

Achieve and excede monthly/quarterly/yearly sales quota for full division.

Valid driverยดs license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards, and auto insurance.

Understanding of audience-based buying, data onboarding, and the use of first-, second- and third-party data in media activation

Familiarity with emerging trends in advanced TV, streaming, and digital media, including addressable advertising and converged TV buying strategies

Experience in an ad tech, digital media, or data-driven advertising environment preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between $99,900.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $100,000.
