How You’ll Make an Impact    

  • Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout 
  • Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals 
  • Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with comprehensive knowledge of Spectrum offerings 
  • Support store leadership and team members by assisting with inventory control, cash management and handling escalations 
  • Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources 
  • Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions 
  • Provide constructive feedback to store leadership regarding sales opportunities and operations
