Job description

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Are you motivated to create lasting partnerships and drive innovation within the Federal government sector? As the Value-Added Reseller Channel Manager at Spectrum Business, you will shape go-to-market strategies and use consultative sales approaches to deliver tailored solutions in voice, data, cloud and video services. Your efforts will directly influence revenue growth and strengthen Spectrum’s presence among Federal government alliance partners. environment.  


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Build and nurture executive relationships within key Federal government clients and alliance partners to drive new revenue
  • Conduct consultative needs analysis to develop customized product solutions for Federal agencies
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, training sessions and business reviews to increase sales and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Marketing, Support and Training teams to position Spectrum products effectively
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Federal partners and internal teams, ensuring quality service and long-term retention
  • Review Federal bids and manage program performance to align with Spectrum’s strategic objectives
  • Identify Federal market trends and translate their impact into new business opportunities

Required Qualifications   

Experience  

  • 5+ years exceeding revenue goals in sales
  • 5+ years in sales and programmatic partner program experience 

Skills   

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Demonstrated top sales performance consistently surpassing revenue quotas
  • Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies as well as high-capacity and fiber networks
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in a team setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Availability of traveling up to 50 percent

The base pay for this position generally is between $99,900.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $90,000.
