Registered Nurse RN PRN Float Pool - NIGHTS
* Float Pool Tiers -
Tier 1: Med Surg Only - Pay Rate $38 plus shift differentials
Tier 2: Med Surg & Med Tele Only - Pay Rate $40 plus shift differentials
Tier 3: Med Surg, Med Tele & Post Acute (Step Down /PCU) - Pay Rate $42 plus shift differentials
* Flexible Hours
* Self-Scheduling

Minimum Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience required.
    • Prior experience in multiple specialty areas strongly preferred (e.g., trauma, neuro, cardiac, surgical, or telemetry).
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Current Louisiana RN license (or eligibility for licensure).
    • Current BLS
    • ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Specialty certification(s) in areas such as CCRN, TCRN, or Stroke Nursing (NIHSS) encouraged.
  • Previous Float Pool or travel nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in working across multiple clinical settings.
