Prime Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-EligibleUrologistto join our growing team at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital, a 361-bed urban safety-net hospital serving the vibrant West Side of Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity to build and expand urology services in a community-focused, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Position Highlights:

  • Comprehensive Clinical Practice: Diagnose and treat the full spectrum of urologic conditions, including prostate disease, kidney stones, bladder disorders, urinary tract infections, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, and urologic cancers.

  • Access to modern operating rooms, advanced imaging, and supportive multidisciplinary teams (including urogynecology, oncology, pathology, and primary care integration).

  • Balanced mix of inpatient consultations, outpatient clinic, and surgical cases with dedicated OR time.

  • Opportunity to develop and lead urology services in a hospital committed to expanding specialty care.

Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $450,000 - $550,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
