Full Time | Small & Midmarket B2B | Consultative, Full-Cycle SalesPosition Summary
As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving net-new clients and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of mid-market B2B strategic sales experience, excels in consultative conversations, and builds strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing new business. This role requires setting up two meetings per day, running two meetings per day, working with SDR team members, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and successfully bringing on new clients.

Lead Generation & Outreach
Leverage company-provided resources and proactively identify prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.Maintain strong and consistent outbound activity to support pipeline growth.Collaborate with SDRs to enhance lead flow and identify new opportunities.Consultative Needs Assessment & Solution DevelopmentUnderstand client challenges related to the services we provide.Develop and present tailored, efficient, and effective solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.Sales Presentations & Value Communication

Required
Minimum 3 years of B2B strategic sales experience, preferably with mid-market prospects.Must have or be able to obtain a Health & Life License within the required timeframe after joining.Proven track record in inside/outside sales, business development, or a related field.Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify needs and craft appropriate solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on building rapport and trust.Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and related sales tools.Ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Ohio Life, Health, and Annuity License.Preferred
Experience selling healthcare or B2B services.
Compensation
1st Year OTE: $125,000–$140,000
