Description: The CSSR shall be capable of performing the following functions with minimal guidance: Administer and support classified security programs in accordance with NISPOM, DoD, and Navy security policies Manage and process personnel security actions, including clearances, indoctrinations, and visit requests (e.g., DISS/JADE) Support SCIF operations, including access control, visitor management, and compliance with ICD 705 requirements Maintain and manage DD254 requirements and security documentation Coordinate and oversee physical security measures for classified environments Support classified material control, handling, storage, transmission, and destruction Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and training for personnel Assist with inspections, audits, and compliance reviews Coordinate with Government security offices and stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission requirements Identify and report security incidents or violations, and support corrective actions Maintain accurate records and documentation to support security program integrity Support additional security-related tasks as required to enable mission success Job Requirements 9 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience as a CSSR, SSO, or equivalent security role Strong working knowledge of: NISPOM DoD security programs and procedures SCIF operations and access control processes Experience with systems such as DISS, JADE, or equivalent security databases Ability to operate independently in an OCONUS environment Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience supporting U.S.
