Job description

Lexicon offers a unique combination of capabilities. Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services.

Position Summary

15 positions with Lexicon, Inc. (dba Heritage Links) - Scottsdale, AZ and surrounding areas in same MSA. Temp. Full Time (04/01/2026 to 10/31/2026).  Performs golf course construction and maintenance functions, including but not limited to laying sod, fitting pipes, digging trenches by hand to install irrigation systems, and mowing. The purpose of the trenches, if needed, will be to install irrigation piping and drainage piping. To create the trenches, the employees will use hand tools and shovels. The trenches, if needed, will reach an expected maximum depth of 36 in. and an expected maximum width of 18 in. at their largest points. $19.42/hour paid weekly. 40hrs/wk. 7:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday - Saturday. OT as needed ($29.13/hour). Optional housing provided free of charge for employees outside of commuting distance.  HL will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. HL will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Transportation (including meals, and to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed by company check if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be paid by HL if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by HL. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. HL will reimburse workers for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees and charges primarily for the worker's benefit), within the first workweek. HL will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required. 3 months experience in laying pipe and installing sprinkler heads for irrigation.
