We are looking for a Program Coordinator supports the planning and execution of leadership events and governance forums within the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization, partnering with primary projects leads to coordinate cross-functional activities, manage documentation, and help keep team initiatives on track.
Key ResponsibilitiesLogistical Assistance: Support the execution of large-scale events, including Town Halls and All Hands meetings. This includes assisting with venue logistics, audio-visual coordination, and attendee invitation lists.On-Site Support: Serve as a point of contact during live events to assist with room setup and on-site logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for leaders and participants.Administrative Partnership: Coordinate with other departments to align schedules and ensure consistent event planning across the enterprise.Agenda Development: Assist in the creation and management of meeting agendas for recurring governance forums and leadership sessions.Process Support: Support timeline and milestone tracking across project workstreams, flagging schedule risks as needed.
