Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Current license with the state Board of Nursing
  • 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
  • Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, professional reference check, and drug/alcohol screening test
