Job description

Looking to build lasting business relationships and deliver impactful solutions for mid to large organizations? As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Spectrum, you’ll engage customers across New York City, providing strategic and managed services that drive revenue and satisfaction. Your consultative approach will directly support the growth and success of our clients and Spectrum.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Conduct comprehensive consultative needs assessments with prospective clients to develop customized product solutions
  • Design and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations that highlight Spectrum’s product benefits to mid and large business customers
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach including phone calls, premise visits, networking and participation in industry events
  • Qualify leads and initiate site surveys to determine serviceability, submitting ROI analyses to sales management
  • Maintain accurate sales records in required databases to track activity and customer information
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless transition and ongoing retention of sold accounts
  • Partner with internal business services teams such as sales engineering, support and marketing to maximize sales effectiveness
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum processes and offerings

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $113,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $72,600.
