Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for managing all customer interactions and follow-up activities, ensuring a positive customer experience before, during, and after each purchase. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will excel at resolving customer concerns, processing orders, and building customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Handles inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Engages with customers through live chat and email communication channels.
  • Processes customer orders and re-orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Promotes and solicits sales of new or additional products when appropriate. [
