Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for Strength and Conditioning Coach at the US Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT.

  • Full-time opportunity, usually Monday through Friday
  • Will work directly with the US Coast Guard to establish effective Physical Training regimes, mitigate injuries, and assess/treat injuries when they occur. 
  • Full complement of benefits to include medical, dental & vision insurance, 401k paid time off, paid holidays and more

Job Requirements:

The Position will have the following requirements:

  • Execute state-of-the-art, professional services in human performance to include integrated, performance based strength and conditioning programs, rehabilitative and pre-habilitation programs that will accelerate the return to duty of those encumbered by performance related injuries.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Athletic Training or similar degree.
  • Experience required
  • Possess and maintain National Athletic Trainer Association Board of Certification. 
  • US citizenship
