Position Overview

Mind Journey Counseling Hub is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team in El Paso, Texas. This full-time remote position primarily involves providing telehealth services, allowing you to connect with clients in a supportive and flexible environment. This role is designed for a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology, which allows for scheduling flexibility and access to a diverse clientele. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed for client appointments.   • Participate in bi-weekly individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

  • Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
