Mind Journey Counseling Hub is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team in El Paso, Texas. This full-time remote position primarily involves providing telehealth services, allowing you to connect with clients in a supportive and flexible environment. Our team collaborates closely with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, sharing resources to ensure comprehensive, multi-faceted care for our clients.

This role is designed for a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology, which allows for scheduling flexibility and access to a diverse clientele. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed for client appointments. • Create and manage a caseload of clients, facilitating a trusting and professional relationship, while ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, reinforce therapeutic goals, and determine appropriate discharge criteria.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on the client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment evaluations.
• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive background information for new clients.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Participate in bi-weekly individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses the diverse needs of clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking professional development and improvement in clinical practice.

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum, including adults, children, and families who seek assistance with various mental health challenges. Your work will directly impact individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, providing them with essential tools and support for healing. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Comfortable executing intake assessments effectively and efficiently.

Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required. Candidates with diverse clinical backgrounds and specialties, including trauma-informed care and family therapy, will be viewed favorably, as we aim to offer a variety of therapeutic approaches to our clients.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, Mind Journey Counseling Hub offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
