The Castro County Hospital District in Dimmitt, Texas is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join their staff. This physician will work in Castro County’s Clinic as well as pull minimal call. Compensation and Benefits are Outstanding! Compensation for OP and call requirements exceeds $300K! Additionally, there is a $20K signing bonus, and $10K for moving expenses. Other benefits include; malpractice and health insurance, 30 days paid vacation, and a retirement income matching plan. Also, Castro County offers an aggressive, state supported, student loan repayment plan that can pay as much as $160K over 4 years. Finally, the physician can retain all collections from inpatient and/or nursing home services provided, less a 10% billing and collection fee for services provided by Castro County. The opportunity involves a full-time staff position in their clinic as well as call. Call includes 1 day per week and one weekend per month. Castro County Hospital District is a 17 bed critical access hospital that has been recently renovated. It offers a full spectrum of ancillary and support services
