TechINT Solutions Group is seeking a RF/Spectrum Managers to join our teams in Fort Sam Houston, TX; Fort Huachuca, AZ; and at the Pentagon. Job# TI1505 Job Description RF/Spectrum Manager to support the 130i objectives for the protection of critical facilities and assets from unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). This role requires in-depth knowledge of UAS/C-UAS frequencies, spectrum management principles, and the 130i mission.

Responsibilities: Frequency Management: Receive and process requests for frequency use authorization from various stakeholders. Nominate and assign frequencies from a centralized database and notify requestors. Maintain and update the database of frequency requests and assignments to ensure operational accuracy.

Interference Resolution: Establish and maintain contact with other agencies to prevent and mitigate frequency interference. Investigate and resolve spectrum interference issues, ensuring compliance with regulations and mission requirements. Obtain electronic warfare (EW) clearances to support mission-critical operations.

UAS/C-UAS Support: Provide expertise in UAS/C-UAS frequency management to meet the objectives of the 130i mission. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance protective measures for facilities and assets. Signal Operating Instructions (SOI): Use specialized software tools to produce and distribute the SOI, ensuring accurate and timely communication across operational teams.

Provide support and training to ensure proper use and implementation of SOI within the mission framework. Collaboration and Reporting: Coordinate with military and civilian agencies to align frequency management efforts with operational needs. Support reporting requirements and maintain detailed documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and operational transparency.

Perform all functional duties independently. Requirements Active TS/SCI. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience: Demonstrated staff-level RF/Spectrum management experience. Hands-on knowledge of UAS/C-UAS frequencies and operational requirements. Familiarity with 130i mission objectives and implementation strategies.

Skills: Proficiency with spectrum management software tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to resolve complex interference issues in high-stakes environments.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with NETCOM, IMCOM, or related military command structures. Knowledge of electronic warfare and related operational clearance processes. Familiarity with DoD and FCC frequency allocation policies and procedures.
