Job description

Position Title: Customer Service
Work Location: Lake Mary FL
Assignment Duration: 04+ Months

* Nature of Role: Will work in a Call Center environment receiving inbound calls from customers for supply orders or customer support for Neuro/CardioMEMs products.
(These would be implantable or wearable devices used to monitor or treat heart failure or neurological conditions, e.g., brain pressure sensors, neural stimulators.)
The Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and verifying account details, product information, and related documentation.
This role involves clear communication with support teams and customers regarding prescription revision requests and the receiving and processing of new referrals for out-of-warranty medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update patient records and verify account and product information.
* Communicate prescription revision requests to clinic support teams.
* Receive and process new referrals for out-of-warranty equipment.
* Facilitate equipment replacements and coordinate customer returns in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Schedule annual preventative maintenance appointments for patients.
* Ensure all activities adhere to established guidelines for handling medical device equipment.
* Coordinate customer returns and replacements, ensuring compliance with current standards and protocols.

Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; 2-3 years of call center experience preferred.
* Preferred Education: Associate degree or equivalent work history.

* Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with high attention to detail
* Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems and websites.
* Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to meet and maintain departmental KPIs.
* Language: Spanish-speaking candidates preferred but not required.
