Under general direction of the Chief Business Officer or designee, plans, directs and controls the District's centralized purchasing, contract administration and property lease management, material management, and related functions, including the following operations: Purchasing, Procurement Card Program Administration, Contract Administration, Public Works Contracting and Bidding, Mail and District Driver Services and other delivery services, Warehouse Operations, Fixed Asset Management and Surplus Disposal Program; assures fiscal responsibility of programs, purchases and services and maintains compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations; organizes and coordinates the acquisition and disposition of donated furniture and equipment to the District; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
