Summary: This position will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinates staff and workflows, enforce safety and quality standards, and drives productivity to ensure timely, accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor productivity reports and compare results against established objectives; implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps.
  • Follow up on all customer inquiries and requests to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Treat all internal and external customers with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.
  • Uphold and comply with company policies, standards, and values.
  • Take accountability for how individual and team actions impact customers and overall company performance.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, slotting, sanitation, equipment usage, and truck loading operations.
  • Verify all outbound shipments for accuracy.
  • Prepare and process route invoices.
  • Establish and manage nightly loading schedules.
  • Review pick sheets for errors or discrepancies and ensure corrections are made.
  • Secure the facility after daily business hours.
  • Enter and maintain records using company systems.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook and other communications.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
