Hours: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Overview

The Field Operations Morning Phlebotomy Team Lead is an office-based leadership position responsible for overseeing and supporting field-based Phlebotomy team members. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations, appropriate staffing and scheduling, timely specimen delivery, compliance, and exceptional client service.

The Morning Team Lead serves as the primary point of contact for field staff beginning at 4:00 AM and plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted operations throughout the morning.
