Your Role at Delta Faucet
Position Summary:
The HR Operations Manager leads the delivery of employee lifecycle processes, HR programs,
benefits administration. This role ensures employees and leaders receive consistent, timely, and
accurate support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee core employee lifecycle operations, including new-hire orientation, onboarding, 30/90-day check-ins, relocations, employee changes, and offboarding coordination.
  • Ensure employee files, records, approvals, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, compliant, and maintained in accordance with established lifecycle processes and retention requirements.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, open enrollment, FMLA, COBRA, wellness initiatives, and related employee support processes in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Own HR policy and procedure administration, including ongoing review, interpretation, implementation, and communication of policy updates across the organization.
  • Lead employee handbook administration, including annual reviews, updates, stakeholder alignment, approvals, communications, and employee acknowledgements.
  • Serve as an escalation point for employee and leader questions related to benefits, leave, policies, systems, onboarding, and other HR operational matters.
  • Develop and maintain employee communications, guides, FAQs, and self-service resources to improve clarity, consistency, and the employee experience.
  • Coordinate enterprise surveys and special HR projects, including data preparation, communications, reporting logistics, project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and implementation support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of progressive HR operations, HR generalist, benefits, or employee services experience.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, leaves, employee data, and HR transactions.
  • Working knowledge of HR policies and applicable employment and benefits regulations.
  • Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site employee populations preferred.
  • Strong process-management, organizational, employee-service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
