What are Special Forces Engineers?

Special Forces Engineers, also known as 18C in the U.S. Army, are highly trained soldiers responsible for performing engineering, demolition, and construction tasks during special operations missions. They specialize in a wide range of skills including explosives, fortifications, field construction, and sabotage, often operating behind enemy lines or in austere environments. Their expertise is critical for supporting their team by ensuring mobility, survivability, and effective mission execution in challenging conditions.
