Partners with lending staff and internal business partners to monitor delinquent and non-performing loans, conduct borrower outreach, and implement timely action plans. Identifies trends, emerging credit concerns, adverse events, and time-sensitive matters requiring escalation, strategic action, or senior management involvement to improve asset quality, mitigate risk, and enhance portfolio performance.

Current knowledge of federal, state, SBA, and NCUA regulations related to commercial lending, along with strong knowledge of C&I, CRE, and SBA credit structures, loan documentation, covenant analysis, and risk rating methodologies.
