Starting Pay: $21.66/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional pay.
What You'll Do
As a Member Account Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face of First Alliance Credit Union in our 37th Street branch-helping members open accounts, access loans, and reach their financial goals. Your ability to serve members ensures everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.
In this role, you will:
  • Connect & Guide - Provide a warm welcome and help members open accounts or access services that meet their needs.
  • Advise & Educate - Offer clear, honest guidance to help members make confident financial decisions.
  • Grow Relationships - Identify opportunities to support members with loans and other credit union products.
  • Solve & Support - Handle questions and transactions with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate - Partner with teammates to ensure a seamless, exceptional member experience.
