POSITION SUMMARY:

Focus Interpreting is seeking an experienced Spanish Simultaneous Interpreter to join our team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will provide real-time interpretation services during a variety of events and meetings, ensuring clear and effective communication between Spanish-speaking participants and English speakers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver simultaneous interpretation services for conferences, meetings, and events involving Spanish and English speakers.
  • Utilize simultaneous interpretation equipment and technology to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of professionalism throughout all interpretation sessions.
  • Prepare in advance by researching industry-specific terminology and familiarizing yourself with the context and specifics of each assignment.
  • Commit to continuous professional development in language skills and interpretation techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:
