Full-time | Field-based role | Spanish language required
About Arboreal
Arboreal Management is a growing property management company focused on delivering high-quality housing at scale. We manage thousands of units across the Seattle region and are building the systems and teams to support continued growth.
We are now hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to take ownership of our in-house cleaning operation.
The Role
You will lead a team of ~20 cleaners across multiple properties.
Today, this team is loosely managed by individual property managers. Your job is to bring structure, accountability, and quality:
  • Hire and train strong team members
  • Build and manage daily schedules
  • Inspect work and enforce standards
  • Make sure units are ready on time for move-ins

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role. You will be walking units, talking to your team, and solving problems every day.
What You'll Do
Lead the Team
  • Supervise ~30 cleaners (primarily Spanish-speaking)
  • Hire, onboard, and train new staff
  • Coach performance and address issues quickly
  • Build a reliable, accountable team
Run Scheduling & Daily Operations
  • Create and manage daily/weekly schedules
  • Assign cleaners to unit turns and common areas
  • Handle call-outs and staffing gaps
  • Ensure coverage for leasing deadlines
Own Quality Control
  • Inspect units before move-in
  • Enforce cleaning standards and checklists
  • Identify and correct issues immediately
  • Reduce re-cleans and missed details
Coordinate with Property Managers
  • Work closely with PMs on turn timelines
  • Ensure units are ready when promised
  • Communicate clearly and proactively
Build Structure
  • Help create simple systems for:
    • Scheduling
    • Time tracking
    • QC inspections
  • Bring consistency across all properties
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experience supervising 10+ cleaners or similar hourly staff
  • Comfortable managing in a fast-paced, field environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
