Spanish Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Holland and Grand Rapids, MI

You’ll work 1:1 with children with autism, helping them build essential skills while being part of a supportive team

No prior ABA experience? No problem!  

We provide comprehensive training and RBT certification as well as constant mentoring so you can feel confident stepping into this rewarding role.

What You'll Do:
  • Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

  • Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

  • Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills

  • Accurately track data and progress in real-time

  • Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments

  • Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home

  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

Scheduling & Compensation
  • $18- $24/hour depending on qualifications and market
